Brief: Libet to acquire production plant in Torun

Sept 19 (Reuters) - Libet SA  LBTA.WA : 
     
    * Said on Thursday it signed a preliminiary agreement to 
purchase the CEG-TOR K. Szubierajski i Spóka Sp. j.'s 
production plant in Torun, including land, building and other 
plant's assets  
    * Said the final agreement has to be signed not later than
