** Shares of ASX-listed Life360  360.AX  rise as much as
11.3% to A$9.34, their biggest intraday pct gain since Aug 15
    ** The location-sharing co's stock at its highest level
since Sept 1
    ** San Francisco-based Life360 posts qtrly total revenue of
$78.6 mln, up 38% YoY
    ** Says CY23 outlook for positive adjusted EBITDA increased
to $12 mln to $16 mln from $9 mln to $14 mln
    ** Nearly 1.2 mln shares change hands, vs 30-day average
volume of 463,336 shares
    ** Stock up 72.6% YTD, as of last close
