** Shares of telehealth co LifeMD LFMD.O rise 20.4% to $5.18 in extended trading

     ** Forecasts 2025 total revenue to be in the range of $265 mln to $275 mln, above estimates of $257.23 mln- LSEG

** Forecasts Q1 2025 revenue in the range of $61 mln to $63 mln, above estimates of $59.45 mln

** Telehealth active subscribers increased 27% to approximately 275,000 at quarter-end- LFMD

** Co posts Q4 adj. profit of 21 cents per share compared to profit of 14 cents a year ago

** Stock was down 40.35 in 2024
