United States Distribution Agreement

United States distribution agreement with Artemis AG-Solutions, LLC

 

LifeSafe (AIM: LIFS), a fire safety technology business with innovative fire
extinguishing and prevention fluids and fire safety products, is pleased to
announce the signing of an agreement between LifeSafe and Artemis
AG-Solutions, LLC ("Artemis") for the supply of the Company's range of bulk
fluids comprising LifeSafe's Multi-Purpose Fluid ("MPF"), a high-performance
multi-fire extinguishing fluid, and Thermal Runaway Fluid ("TRF"), designed to
extinguish and prevent the re-ignition of dangerous lithium battery fires.

 

Under the terms of the agreement, LifeSafe will supply Artemis with the
Company's range of bulk fluids on a non-exclusive basis in the United States.
The Board expects this agreement to generate sales in the region of $500,000
over the next two years. This agreement is complementary to, and permitted
under, the global distribution agreement announced on 26 March 2025 with
subsidiaries of IDEX Fire & Safety.
