** Shares of mental healthcare provider firm LifeStance Health LFST.O rise 15.83% to $8.27 premarket

** Co expects FY26 revenue of $1.62 billion to $1.66 billion, compared to analysts' estimate of $1.62 billion, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Posts Q4 revenue of $382.2 million, compared with estimates of $376.3 million

** LFST says quarterly revenue growth was supported by higher patient visits, helped by net clinician growth

** Clinician base increased 9% to 8,040 clinicians, and Q4 visit volumes increased 18% to 2.4 million - LFST

** Co posts Q4 net income of $11.7 million, versus a loss of $7.1 million a year ago

** LFST shares were down over 4% in 2025
