    ** Property developer posts HY net profit attributable of
A$25.2 mln ($17.41 mln), down 8.3% y/y
    ** HY revenue from ordinary activities down 1.1% to A$92.9
mln
    ** Announces interim dividend of 5.5 AU cents per share
    ** Stock down 6.4% this year, as of last close
