** Lifestyle Communities LIC.AX plunges as much as 42.1% to A$4.08, lowest since September 2017

** On Tuesday, residential homes developer said it intends to appeal against Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) judgement on co's Deferred Management Fee (DMF) model

** Co says, judgement said its DMF, though permissible, was void due to the lack of disclosure of a precise amount

** UBS analysts say resolution of VCAT decision/appeal will allow potential contract reset, giving co opportunity to rebuild its brand

** About 2 mln shares traded, 6x the 30-day avg

** LIC falls 44.3% YTD
