Citi trims earnings estimates, PT for Australia's Lifestyle Communities

** Analysts at Citi trim earnings estimates and cut PT for
Australia's Lifestyle Communities  LIC.AX  from A$17.20 to
A$11.70    
    ** Brokerage cuts earnings estimates on near-term
uncertainty for LIC, following the real estate rental company
withdrawing guidance last week
        ** Our FY24 EPS estimates reduce in line with company's
expectations - Citi
  
        ** Brokerage reduces FY25 EPS estimates by 21% and FY26
EPS by 25% for LIC 
    ** Five of nine analysts rate stock "buy" or higher, four
"hold"; their median PT is A$14.72 – LSEG data
    ** LIC stock down around 47% this year, as of last close
