** China-based online retailer's shares  LITB.N  up 4.5 pct
at $2.07 in early trading 
    ** Co partners with Cybermiles, a blockchain platform for
e-commerce, to launch a cryptocurrency rebate promotional

    ** Says consumers in select countries who purchase products
from LITB websites, mobile apps during the promotion will get up
to 100 pct rebate of order value in form of Ethereum (ETH) 
    ** More than 109k shares traded, ~10x their 30-DMA
    ** Today's gains trim YTD losses to 13 pct
