Strong gains in tech heavyweights lifted the Nasdaq to a record intra-day high
on Tuesday, while declines in financial and energy stocks weighed on the S&P 500
and Dow.  .N 
    At 10:39 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was down 0.17 percent
at 24,772.09. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 0.02 percent at 2,747.48 and the Nasdaq
