Light Science Technologies Holdings plc (AIM: LST), the innovative technology
and manufacturing business providing real-world solutions targeting issues

appointment of Shore Capital and Corporate Limited as its Nominated Adviser
and Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited as its Broker with immediate effect.
