PDMR Dealing

Likewise Group plc (AIM:LIKE) announces that the Company has been notified
that on 18 March 2024, PDMR, James Kellett, and his wife and closely related
person, Lucy Kellett, have each transferred 250,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence
each in the Company ("Shares") held by themselves to an individual savings
account ("ISA") held in their names, at a price of 18.5 pence.

The ISA transfers were effected by the sale and immediate repurchase of the
Shares. Following the ISA transfer, the number and beneficial ownership of
Shares held by Mr Kellett and his closely related persons is unchanged.
