Jan 5 (Reuters) - Lincoln Educational Services Corp  LINC.O : 
 * On December 29, Lincoln Educational Services Corp units entered third 
   amendment of secured revolving credit agreement 
 * Amendment reduces principal amount available under the credit facility from 
   $40 million to $20 million - SEC filing 
 * Says amendment also reduces the letter of credit sublimit from $25 million to 
   $20 million, effective January 15, 2015
