13.9% to $9.98, an over one-month high
    ** Co expects Q1 total tour revenues between about $141 mln
and $144 mln, vs analysts' estimate of $127.88 mln - Refinitiv
    ** Also sees Q1 occupancy rates of 81%, vs 66% in Q1 2022
    ** Expects to report Available Guest Nights, a measure of
capacity available for sale, of 83,184 in Q1 vs 48,546 a year
ago
    ** Co says as of April 10, 2023, bookings are about 46%
ahead of the Company's bookings for the comparable look-forward
period as of this date in April 2019
    ** Shares fell ~73% YTD
