April 22 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Friday.

Spanish technology and defence company Indra said on
Thursday that Cristina Ruiz Ortega has resigned as CEO by mutual

The company said on Friday its net profit in the first
quarter fell 18.3% compared with the same period last year to

interim dividend of 0.02 euro per share that will be paid on

BBVA BBVA.MC
Spain's BBVA is in talks to sell its custodian business to
Credit Agricole's CAGR.PA Caceis, news website El Confidencial
reported on Friday, citing unidentified financial sources. The
BBVA unit is valued at 400-500 million euros, El Confidencial
said.
BANKINTER BKT.MC
JPMorgan upgraded Bankinter's rating to "neutral" from
"underweight", also raised its target price to 5.50 euros from

Separately, Morgan Stanley raised Bankinter's target price
to 6.3 euros from 6 euros, while Citigroup raised it to 5.65
