to develop innovative applications for deploying solutions based

Araclon Biotech, a Grifols' unit specialising in the

early diagnosis tests, allowing the company to market the
products in all European Union countries, Iceland, Liechtenstein
and Norway, Spanish economic newspaper Expansion reported on
Wednesday.

Duro Felguera has informed workers' representatives of its
intention to begin a period of negotiation to carry out a
workforce adjustment that it considers "unavoidable", Spanish
