    * Linekong Online enters lanfeng agreement with Lanfeng 
Investment and Lanhai Culture agreement with Lanhai Culture 
    * Linekong Online has agreed to dispose of 50% equity 
interest held in Horgos Pictures at a consideration of RMB29.3 
million 
    * Pursuant to lanhai culture agreement, Lanhai Culture to 
acquire 31% equity interest held in Horgos Pictures at RMB18.2 
million 
    * Expected estimated gain before tax about RMB13 million in 
respect of equity transfer under Lanfeng Agreement 
    * Expected estimated gain before tax about RMB8 million in 
respect of equity transfer under Lanhai Culture agreement
