    ** Co names Hanson Ji as Chief Financial Officer, effective
Oct. 7 
    ** Hanson Ji succeeds Zijun Li as CFO 
    ** Ji previously served as senior project manager at
Zhongrui Capital, where he was responsible for financial
consulting of IPO projects 
    ** Up to last close, stock down ~82.35% YTD
