** Shares of Australia-based oil and gas explorer Lion
Energy Ltd  LIO.AX  climb as much as 28.05% to A$0.105, best
intraday jump since June 16
    ** Co says it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
with Queensland-based BLK Auto Pty Ltd to collaborate on
hydrogen transport and infrastructure projects for Australian

    ** About 21.6 mln shares have been traded, compared with the
30-day average of about 3.8 mln shares 
    ** LIO has more than tripled in value this year as of
