Wall Street fell on Monday, led by healthcare stocks after a federal ruling that
Obamacare was unconstitutional, with the decline in the market-leading sector
further unnerving investors already concerned about slowing global growth.  .N

at 24,048.14. The S&P 500  .SPX  was down 0.09 percent at 2,597.61 and the
