Liontrust announces that on 11 August 2025 it was notified that John Ions, Chief Executive Officer, and Vinay Abrol, Chief Financial Officer, purchased ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") as a dividend reinvestment pursuant to their participation in the Company's Share Incentive Plan. John Ions and Vinay Abrol are both PDMRs.
