Transaction in Own Shares

Liontrust, the independent fund management group, announces that in accordance
with the Company's Share Buyback programme, as outlined in its announcement
on 27 November 2025, that it has purchased 75,000 of its ordinary shares
("Shares") at a price of 256.6p pence per Share. The purchased Shares will be
cancelled.

for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under
the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
