** Co reports quarterly net outflows of 1.2 billion pounds ($1.61 billion) vs 1.1 billion pounds yr ago

** Co's assets under management and advice as at September 30 fell 2.7% to 22 billion pounds

**  RBC analysts expect potential turbulence in flows in the lead up to the UK budget on November 30

** Up to Monday's close, stock had fallen 45.12% so far this year
