premarket 
    ** U.S. FDA grants tentative approval to co's inhaled blood
pressure drug Yutrepia, but stopped short of a traditional
approval
    ** Tentative approval indicates Yutrepia has met all
regulatory standards for quality, safety and efficacy required
for approval but must await the expiration of regulatory
exclusivity of a competing product before final approval can be
granted - LQDA
    ** Co says final approval of Yutrepia may occur after
expiration of regulatory exclusivity of United Therapeutics'
 UTHR.O  Tyvaso on May 23, 2025 
    ** LQDA says it will challenge FDA's decision to grant
regulatory exclusivity to UTHR's Tyvaso 
    ** Up to last close, LQDA up 17.3% YTD
