** Shares of Caladrius Biosciences Inc  CLBS.O  jump ~55% to
79 cents before the bell  
    ** Biopharma co says its stockholders approved all proposals
related to merger with private co Cend Therapeutics at annual

    ** Adds that stockholders also approved reverse stock split
of CLBS's common stock, at a ratio of one new share for every
five to fifteen shares outstanding
    ** CLBS says shares of combined company, to be renamed
Lisata Therapeutics, Inc., to commence trading on Nasdaq under
the symbol "LSTA" from Sept. 15
    ** CLBS and Cend Therapeutics had agreed to merge in April
