** Drug developer Lisata Therapeutics'  LSTA.O  shares rise
6% to $3.18 premarket
    ** U.S. FDA granted orphan drug designation to LSTA's
candidate, certepetide, for treatment of cholangiocarcinoma
    ** Cholangiocarcinoma is a form of cancer in the tubes that
carry bile through the liver
    ** Orphan drug status is given by the FDA to drugs that
treat rare conditions and are protected through a series of
incentives once in market
    ** Up to last close, stock up 9.9% YTD
