Wall Street dropped on Tuesday as financial stocks fell after Moody's overnight
cut credit ratings on several small- to mid-sized U.S. banks and said it could
downgrade some of the country's biggest lenders.  .N 
    
    At 11:32 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was down 0.98% at
35,126.02. The S&P 500  .SPX  was down 1.02% at 4,472.36 and the Nasdaq
Composite  .IXIC  was down 1.37% at 13,802.029.
