** Shares of Lithium Power International LPI.AX soar as
much as 11.9% to A$0.543, their best intraday gain since Oct. 4
** LPI confirms its concessions and permitting are in place
for its flagship Maricunga lithium brine project in Chile, in

** Adds that it has received several expressions of interest
in relation to debt and equity funding for the project
** LPI up 5.4% YTD, as of last close
