Re-registration as a public limited company and change of name

The Company announces that on and with effect from 20 March 2025 and pursuant
to section 90 of the Companies Act 2006, the Company re-registered as a public
limited company and, as a consequence, the Company's name was changed from
"Atom Holdco Limited" to "Atom Holdco plc".
