 LPSN.O  fall 37.9% to $6.07 in premarket trading
    ** Company sees Q1 revenue between $106 mln and $109 mln, vs
analysts' avg. est. of $120.57 mln – Refinitiv
    ** LPSN also forecasts 2023 total revenue between $422 mln
and $436 mln, lower than analysts' est. of $484.64 mln
    ** Company reports Q4 net loss of 55 cents/shr, bigger than
analysts' est. net loss of 22 cents/shr
    ** Posts Q4 total revenue of $122.5 mln vs analysts' est. of
$127.01 mln
    ** At least 4 brokerages cut PTs on company after results
    ** Shares down ~4% so far this year; fell ~72% in 2022
