 LPSN.O  up 16% at $4.64 
    ** Activist hedge fund Starboard Value LP, which holds a
3.1% stake in LPSN as per March filing, says LivePerson needs
new leadership to oversee a turnaround in the business
    ** In its open letter to LivePerson stockholders, Starboard
also nominates a slate of director candidates for election at
LPSN's 2023 annual meeting 
    ** As of last close, LPSN down ~54% YTD
