businesses are "the epicenter of a generational digital
transformation boom"
    ** Zoom Video Communications  ZM.O  provides best-in-class
video call experiences and stands out as the top three choices
for commercial customers, CS says
    ** Five9  FVN.O  could benefit from a post-pandemic trend in
a distributed workforce due to AI integration in its Intelligent
Cloud services 
    ** RingCentral  RNG.N  tied up with Zoom, which is the third
largest cloud telephonic services in the U.S., to offer services
to small-medium corporates but faces stiff competition from
Microsoft
    ** LiveVox Holdings'  LVOX.O  shift to omnichannel solutions
to face stiff competition in the near term but can see tailwinds
in the long term
    ** LivePerson  LPSN.O  had strong demand for its
Conversational AI during pandemic, but performance is bleak
relative to peers
