Cancellation of Treasury Shares

Further to shareholders approving the cancellation of the shares held in treasury by the Company's at this year's AGM, the Company can confirm that, this cancellation now has been completed.

Accordingly, the Company announces that it cancelled 129,306,403 Ordinary Shares, which it held as Treasury Shares.

Following the above cancellation, Livermore has 174,813,998 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue and no Treasury Shares.
