Director's dealing

Livermore has been notified that on 17 February 2021 Groverton Management Limited, a company beneficially owned by Noam Lanir, Chief Executive of the Company, sold 10,888,577 ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 46 pence per share. Following this disposal, Mr Lanir has a beneficial interest in 123,048,011 Shares.

Transaction in own shares

Livermore further notifies that on 17 February 2021 it acquired 10,888,577 Shares at a price of 46.115 pence per share in on-market transactions. The Company will hold these Shares in treasury for the time being.

Total Voting Rights

Following the acquisition the total number of Shares with voting rights will be 163,925,421 and in addition a total of 10,888,577 Shares will be held in treasury. The above figure of 163,925,421 Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
