Annual General Meeting - change of location
Due to restrictions placed upon attendance at the place of meeting set out in the AGM Notice published on 26 June 2020, the Company wishes to notify a change to the arrangements for the Annual General Meeting.  Those members who are directors of the Company and who are permitted under current UK guidance to attend the Annual General Meeting in person will now be attending at a new place of meeting at Elsley Court, 20-22 Great Titchfield Street, London W1W 8BE at 10 a.m. on 25 August 2020.  
This does not affect the position in relation to those members who are not directors of the Company, as they will not be permitted to attend the meeting in person.
