Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Livermore Investments Group Limited (the "Company" or "Livermore") is pleased
to announce the appointment of Itai Aharonson as an independent non-executive
Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Itai is the founding partner of a law firm specializing in commercial,
regulatory, and public sector advisory. He has served as counsel to government
ministries, public companies, and private investors, with expertise in
infrastructure, real estate, energy regulation, and large-scale policy
implementation.

Itai brings experience in regulatory, strategic, and legal advisory roles
across both public and private sectors. He holds degrees in Law and Economics
from Tel Aviv University.

Additional Information:

Save for the information set out above and below, there are no further
disclosures to be made in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule Two, paragraph
(g), of the AIM Rules in respect of the appointment of Mr. Aharonson.
