Interim Dividend Exchange Rate

 

The Company notifies the exchange rate of GBP 1.00 = US$1.3082 for determining
the dividend amount in Pounds sterling, for those shareholders who have
elected to receive the Interim Dividend declared on 30 September 2024 in
Pounds sterling, equating to a dividend of GBP 0.0323345 (US$0.0423) per
share. The Interim Dividend is expected to be paid on 15 November 2024.
