Major shareholding notification

The Company has been notified, on 12 November 2025, that Ron Baron has
increased his beneficial ownership in the Company to 28,698,044 ordinary
shares of nil par value, representing approximately 17.4% of the Company's
ordinary shares with voting rights. Mr Baron's interest is held through RB
Cycling Investments Ltd, a company wholly-owned by him.
