Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

The Company announces that on 10 September 2025, Passaic Services Limited, a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") of Benedict Green, acquired 140,207 Ordinary Shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") respectively. 

The Notification of Dealing Forms can be found below and are made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail of these acquisitions.

Following these acquisitions, Benedict Green holds 569,871 Ordinary Shares in the Company and his PCAs hold 1,389,237 Ordinary Shares in the Company. Together, Benedict Green and his PCAs now hold a total of 1,959,108 Ordinary Shares in the Company which represents 0.50% of the Company's issued share capital.
