NOTICE OF INTERIM RESULTS AND INVESTOR PRESENTATION

 

Social Housing REIT plc will announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2025 on Wednesday 10 September 2025.

 

Interim Results Presentation

An in-person presentation for analysts will be hosted by SOHO's Investment Manager at 08.30am on the day of results, held at Deutsche Numis' offices.

A webinar for institutional investors will be held later the same day, at 14.00pm. Those wishing to attend either webinar should contact Lauder Teacher on the details below.

Investor Presentation via Investor Meet Company

Adrian D'Enrico and Michael Carey from SOHO's Investment Manager will also present the interim results via the Investor Meet Company platform on Friday 12 September 2025 at 11.00am.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted prior to the meeting through the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 09.00am the day before the meeting, or at any time during the presentation.

NOTES:

 The Company primarily invests in residential properties providing social housing in the UK, with a particular focus on specialised supported housing ("SSH"). SSH provides homes for vulnerable adults requiring support to live independently, including those with learning difficulties, mental health problems and physical disabilities. These homes are specially designed or adapted to meet residents' needs and are managed by Approved Providers who are predominantly regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing. Approved Providers consist of Housing Associations and Local Authorities, or other regulated organisations in receipt of direct rental payments from local Government.

 

These operational residential properties deliver sustainable, long-term, growing income for shareholders, improved outcomes for residents and savings to the taxpayer.
