effective July 10
    ** Madore replaces Interim CFO Terry Blanchard
    ** Madore most recently served as Interim CFO of F45
Training Holdings Inc  FXLV.N ; has also previously served as
CFO of American Eagle Outfitters  AEO.N , Ralph Lauren  RL.N 
and many others
    ** LL shares down 35.75% YTD
