LLOYDS BANKING GROUP PLC ('GROUP') - NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY  PERSONS
DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ('PDMRs') IN ORDINARY SHARES OF THE
GROUP OF 10 PENCE EACH ('SHARES')

 

Sharesave exercise

The Group announces that on 4 February 2026 Elyn Corfield, a PDMR, acquired
45,708 Shares at 39.38 pence per Share following the exercise of an option
pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Lloyds Banking Group Sharesave
Scheme 2017.

 

Disposal of Shares

Sharon Doherty, a PDMR, sold 3,204,797 Shares on 3 February 2026 at a price of
112.642 pence per Share. Following that sale of Shares, Sharon continues to
be on track to achieve the Group's shareholding policy requirements.
