Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

The following Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the Financial
Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

Supplementary Prospectus dated 28 October 2022 (the "Supplementary
Prospectus") relating to the £35,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme
of Lloyds Bank plc.

The Supplementary Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with
the prospectus dated 18 August 2022 relating to the above programme (the "Base
Prospectus").
