** Shares of India's Lloyds Enterprises LLOS.NS fall 1.2%to 52.2 rupees

** Engineering co swings to December quarter loss of 78.6 million rupees ($866,956.39) from net profit of 194.4 million rupees, a year ago

** Co says it slipped to quarterly loss as higher holding-company costs and finance expenses outweighed income

** Trading vols at 1.76 mln shares vs 30-day-avg of 2.61 mln shares

** LLOS gained 32% in 2025, stock up 0.3% so far in 2026
