** On Friday, Lloyds Metals and Energy LYMT.NS bought 2 million shares in BHWR at 193.42 rupees apiece, according to bulk deal data on exchanges

** Lloyds Enterprises LLOS.NS purchased about 1.65 million shares at about 215 rupees/share on same day

** Acquisitions represent 5.31% stake in BHWR worth 741.1 million rupees ($7.96 million), according to bulk deal data

** BHWR surged 20% on Friday

** Trading volume on Monday at 14 million shares so far, 23x 30-day average

** YTD, stock up 22.26%
