Company Announcement - Delisting of Notes

 

GLO Capital PLC 2018- F1 EUR Secured 5.5% NTS due 2023 ISIN GB00BG35H915

(together the "Notes")

 

Notice is given that the Issuer has applied to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange
("Börse Frankfurt"), to remove the Notes listed above from the Open Market
and trading on the Börse Frankfurt.

 

The Börse Frankfurt have agreed to delist the Notes with immediate effect.
