Change of Corporate Company Secretary

 

The Company announces that IQ EQ Corporate Services (UK) Limited has resigned
as Corporate Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 13 November
2024.

 

The Board of the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of IQ EQ
Secretaries (UK) Limited as the new Corporate Company Secretary of the Company
with effect from 13 November 2024.

 

IQ EQ Corporate Services (UK) Limited is a subsidiary of IQ EQ Global (UK)
Limited, the Company's current service provider under an existing Letter of
Engagement dated 1 May 2024 (the "Agreement").  This change is permitted
under the terms of the current Agreement and does not constitute any changes
to the existing contractual arrangements.

 

IQ EQ Secretaries (UK) Limited will continue to provide corporate secretarial
services and valuable support in ensuring the Company's continued adherence to
regulatory requirements and best practices in corporate governance, drawing
upon their extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance.  The
Company will file the necessary forms with Companies House to effect these
changes.
