On 19 December 2024, James Wilson, Chair of the Company, notified LMS of the
purchase of 41,905 ordinary shares of 10p each from another member within the
concert party. This transaction did not alter the overall level of the concert
party holding. Following the purchase, James Wilson holds 1,041,905 shares,
