Senior Independent Director Appointment

LMS is pleased to announce that Graham Stedman, who joined the Board in 2019
and who chairs the Remuneration Committee, has been appointed as Senior
Independent Director. This role was previously fulfilled by Jamie Wilson prior
to his appointment as Chairman in May 2024.

 

Commenting on the appointment Chair Jamie Wilson said:

"On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Graham for taking on this
additional responsibility and being available to shareholders who wish to
speak with him alongside the managing director and myself."
