** Locate Technologies LOC.AX had surged as much as 33%, its biggest intraday gain since July 14, before trimming to trade 7.4% higher at A$0.058

** Tracking software provider plans arrangement with an unidentified NZ incorporated entity to move listing from ASX to NZX main board

** Under deal, co's shareholders to receive one NZ entity share for each LOC share held

** Says the move will enable more efficient pursuit of bitcoin investment strategy

** Despite jump, stock down nearly 7% so far this week, set for eighth consecutive weekly decline

** YTD, LOC decline at ~24%
